Need answers?
Is there a free trial?
Every new Workspace gets 10 free test runs. No credit card required. The free allowance is one-time and does not renew monthly.
What counts as a test run?
One run is one execution of a saved web test. Current web execution is capped at 4 minutes per run. A completed run counts whether the test passes or finds a bug. A QA.army error without a trustworthy result does not count.
How does yearly billing work?
Hobby is $390 billed yearly; Startup is $1,490 billed yearly. That is two months free compared with monthly billing. You receive 100 or 500 runs each month, not the entire annual allowance upfront. These paid plans are coming soon.
Are teammates charged separately?
No. Paid plans include unlimited members. Your team shares the run allowance; there are no per-seat fees.
What happens when I reach my limit?
The free allowance does not reset. Paid plans are coming soon, and will renew their run allowance monthly. There are no automatic overage charges. Contact us if you need more runs.
Does this include mobile testing?
These plans cover web testing. Native iOS, Android and desktop testing are not yet generally available. We will publish their availability and pricing separately.
